Lots of clothes, but nothing to wear?
Do you wear 20% of your wardrobe, 80% of the time?
Let me help you solve your wardrobe dilemma.
Well, not me because I fall into the above category, ie I wear 20% of my wardrobe 80% of the time, but EziBuy via the Wardrobe Challenge reckon they can help. They have teamed up with Madison’s Senior Fashion Editor Nicole Bonython-Hines to create the EziBuy Wardrobe Challenge to prove that you don’t need to spend a fortune or have a cupboard full of clothes to look stylish everyday. Using her extensive knowledge of fashion and some of her personal style tips and tricks, Nicole has identified ten essentials items and cleverly styles these pieces into 21 fabulous different outfits.
You can take the challenge and potentially win a $1000 wardrobe. And if you don’t win that then you can leave a comment here to win a $50 EziBuy voucher to spend on their website. Details to come with the next post about my wardrobe challenge.
And challenge it is. I’ve got a built-in wardrobe chock full of clothes and of course I have my favourites. I am a lot better now than I used to be at going through my clothes periodically to get rid of stuff that I know I just won’t wear again but I still have my retro/vintage stuff that I plan to sell on ebay one day. That’s another story!
To help me do the challenge, or part thereof, EziBuy have given me five of the ten items to help me out with the challenge.
The photo above shows me in the Capture Summer Trench Coat which I just love. It was perfect for today which was about 20 degrees – quite a shock after yesterday’s hot and windy 35. It would be really good for an evening out too and I just love the colour. Thanks to my son the photographer.
I wore my comfortable work trousers I’ve had for a few years now, shoes I bought in London nine years ago, necklace I bought eons ago and a recent earrings purchase – something cheap and cheerful.
