My boy. He’s growing up. I dragged him along to two art exhibition openings on two successive nights and he was pretty good.
I did get hassled at the first one to leave when he got bored but we were there an hour which was enough time to have some lovely red wine, have a look at the photos (friends of mine took) and chat to some friends that were also there.
He’s pretty good around adults – usually. One acquaintance commented on this and said that her son would just be really shy and not talk to anyone. We thought that might be because JJ socialises a lot with adults probably because I’ve dragged him out to wherever I can.
I’m not sure why he’s so serious in this photo. I think I snuck it when he wasn’t paying attention and he’s obviously checking something out.

Growing up? He sure is. It’s almost frightening to see how grown up he is…and very mature looking. If it’s shocking for me….I can imagine how you feel. Hugs and kisses to you both… ~Joy xo
I spoke to him on the phone the other day and commented to him how grown up he sounded. It wasn’t that long ago he’d look at the phone and not talk into it.
