I don’t think I need to say too much more about this. Sponge cake, fresh whipped cream and strawberries. The sponge could have been a bit spongier but otherwise it was delicious.

See how blue the sky is here? I’m hoping one week later, ie today, that it is this blue. By the time this is published we will be camping and the weather doesn’t promise to be that good this weekend. Fingers crossed for us, please. Thank you.
