When I went to New Zealand I ate a lot of nachos and most of it was pretty crap. Mind you New Zealand isn't the best place to buy nachos I would say. I've also had crap nachos here so what I am trying to say is that I think I do a pretty good job with my bean mix but I will be interested to hear what your crowd thinks.
