A very sad ending to a young actor's incredible life and journey to Hollywood stardom.
That he becomes immortalised in history is of little consequence to his family. The media have gone crazy. RIP in peace Heath.

Apparently it was an accidental overdose of sleeping pills, but a damn waste of a life nevertheless.

I think it incredibly sad - a bit like a River Phoenix moment.

Australia has lost another great.

And although this is a bit insensitive, I can't help thinking how much the producers of the next Batman, 'The Dark Knight' ,would be loving it. His role as the next Joker will be forever remembered, enshrined in history as his last living role. It will be interesting to see if 'The Dark Knight' producers do indeed play up on his death.
