Okay – I’ll give you the heads up for when he holds up his three middle fingers to you and says, “Read between the lines”. Between the two outer lines is the rude finger! It’s a modern version of the bird.

I once responded to “Why is this finger rude and not that one,” by calmly assuring mister ‘push it to the max’ that it was rude because it was the finger that would do the most damage when I stuck it up his nose!
