Particularly the last one. I have BIG issues with it. Unresolved ones!! The first three are more manageable for me, but I always notice my warning systems come in to play when faced with any of them. But now I found I can only talk with my heart's concent - aha... fundamentally this is never. It started about 2 years ago, when I gave a speech at a headmaster's assembly to the whole school. Ever since then, the thought of speaking makes my heart race, and my voice quiverrrr... Nice post!
