My favorite Seuss book is 'The 500 Hats of Bartholomew Cubbins.'

Many years ago, I was a 'reading mom' for the NosePicker's 2nd grade class (he just graduated from 8th grade last week), and I literally (heh) had all the kids hanging on my every word and laughing hysterically at the end. They could barely keep their seats. Of course, it could have been my compelling reading style. Or not.

Anyway, I highly recommend checking that one out. I bet JJ would love it too.

My 5 year old just went through a stage of loving McElligot's Pool - which also has a deeper meaning about how we are all connected and what we do here effects the deep ocean. I enjoyed it to!

I love Dr. Seuss books. My kids had many of them, and now my granddaughter has some in her book collection. They will go on forever.
