I also read lots of Enid Blyton books when I was a child. "The Magic Faraway Tree" was my standout favorite too but I also loved the Malory Towers & Famous Five series. Luckily, I had a stash that had been my mums when she was a girl. Unfortunately most of these got water damaged & I'm slowly collecting EB books from opshops for my daughter when she's older. Re-reading "The Adventures of the Wishing Chair" at present. So lovely. Really enjoyed this piece.
